Women Lifting Women was launched in March 2023 as a collaborative International Women’s Day project by NumberEight and Odeeo, to amplify the voices of female leaders in media and technology.

Following the overwhelming response and with the belief that female advocacy shouldn't be limited to one week per year, the project evolved into a permanent initiative.

In January 2024 we introduced the WLW Mentorship Program to further our mission of assisting female media and technology professionals in breaking through the glass ceiling. We are proud to have facilitated over 15 mentorships so far.

If you’re a female-identifying media or tech professional interested in sharing your experience or offering mentorship, we’d love to hear from you - please get in touch.
